Try to make your way through the levels without being shot or touched by the enemies that hunt you down in huge waves.

Last as long as you can against waves of enemies!

A 100% destructible environments leads to many different ways to play each level. Enemies may also create their own path to get to you faster than anticipated.

All environments are 100% destructible!

Huge groups of enemies attack at once towards the end of the game. Seven unique weapons will help you blast your way through.

Description:

  • Play as the last survivor during a zombie outbreak
  • Take out as many as you can
  • Try to get as far into their base to try to reverse the effects
  • Seven different weapons
  • Three types of enemies
  • Campaign and challenge modes
  • BeetleBum is a top-down shooter that I created in high school
  • It’s one of the earliest games I created, yet is very fun
  • It had more to it originally including a story line and bosses
    • I think that they were not well thought out and took away from the gameplay so i removed them

Goal:

  • Create a full game in GameMarker5
  • Have the game be addictive and fun for other students to play

Outcome:

  • Full game was created and has few bugs
  • Enjoyed by classmates of mine
